No they've been at it for some time. CFO left when stock was above 100 to a much larger company. They've been incredibly wrong on their projections however. FY25 EPS target of $18+ in 22 will now be something like $3. Also billions in buybacks at >$120
Atkore management has shown that they don't understand the cycle well. That's why i sold. Very little credibility left in management.
I haven't done a lot of work on their management yet.
Do they have new management during this cycle? I think most companies have struggled with this unnatural cycle of boom and bust after Covid.

I have followed their consistent revisions down over time. Really makes it hard to trust what they say in their forecast.
